Founding partner. Humberto Sarkis has a law degree from the Monterrey Tech. He completed his master studies in the National Defense College, with a military and national-security approach. Further, Mr. Sarkis obtained a Ph.D. in political and social sciences from the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
In the telecom sector, he has accomplished a fruitful career, as he worked as Director of Regulation for the Vice Presidency of Information at Televisa, a world leader consortium in Spanish-speaking media. Moreover, he worked as Deputy Chief of Staff at the Federal Communications Commission, the regulator of telecommunications and broadcasting.
Mr. Sarkis specializes in gaming and telecom law, as he has worked with the top-tier companies of each sector.
Fernando graduated with highest honors from the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Monterrey, while also obtaining the national CENEVAL award.
Mr. Vidales has concluded a number of important studies abroad, including the seminary on public and private international law at the Hague Academy of International Law.
As he has contributed designing and implementing strategies for important mergers and acquisitions, including in the highly-regulated gaming industry.
Mr. Jiménez holds a Law Degree from Universidad La Salle in Mexico City, obtaining a satisfactory rating in the CENEVAL test.
Carlos initiated his career working in the judiciary, and later on he joined a renowned litigation firm. He thus has wide experience in civil and commercial litigation, as well as in bankruptcy, constitutional proceedings (in Spanish, "Juicio de Amparo") and alternative dispute resolution.
