HUMBERTO
Founding Partner of SARKIS+VIDALES; Specialist in Gaming and Telecommunications Transactional Law.
Law graduate from Tecnológico de Monterrey; Master in Military Administration for National Security and Defense from the National Defense College—the premier institution for strategic studies of the Mexican Armed Forces; and Doctor in Political and Social Sciences with a specialization in Public Administration from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
Previously, among other responsibilities, he served as Technical Deputy Secretary at the Federal Telecommunications Commission (now IFETEL), the regulatory body for telecommunications and broadcasting in Mexico; and as Director of Regulation for the Vice Presidency of Information at Televisa, a leading global Spanish-language media consortium.
FERNANDO
VIDALES ARMENDÁRIZ
Partner at SARKIS+VIDALES, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, contributing to the design and implementation of corporate transactions, including in the regulated gaming and betting sector, as well as managing procedures for opening casinos in Mexico. He holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Law from Universidad Panamericana.

JIMÉNEZ ÁLVAREZ
Partner at SARKIS+VIDALES, specializing in litigation with extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, amparo proceedings, alternative dispute resolution, and legal advisory services. Law graduate from Universidad La Salle, Mexico City. His professional career includes work within the Judiciary.
PABLO
ACASUSO NOVAL
Specialist in Labor Law with over ten years of experience in the field.
Law graduate from Universidad Anáhuac del Norte, with a specialization and master’s degree in Public Administration Law from the same institution.
Previously, served as Area Deputy Director for the Legal Commissioner of the Federal Telecommunications Commission (now IFETEL), the regulatory body for telecommunications and broadcasting in Mexico. Responsibilities included reviewing dissenting opinions within the Institute’s Plenary, as well as assisting national and international companies in their development within the applicable legal framework.
CHRISTIAN
RAMOS MÉNDEZ
Attorney at Sarkis + Vidales, where he adds value and provides solutions tailored to clients’ needs. He has extensive experience in corporate law, immigration law, and intellectual property.
Christian holds a law degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM) and a specialization in intellectual property from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
JOSÉ
AGUIRRE DAW
Associate at Sarkis + Vidales, specializing in regulatory and corporate matters focused on gaming and betting, with 12 years of experience.
He holds a law degree from Universidad Panamericana, with a thesis titled “The Unconstitutionality of the Special Tax Law on Production and Services in Relation to Gambling and Betting.” He also holds a specialization in Administrative Law from the same institution.
Previously, he served as an attorney at Ortíz, Saínz y Erreguerena S.C.; was Legal Manager at Crown Gaming México S.A. de C.V. (Novomatic Group of Companies – Austrian Gaming Industries); and served as Legal Director at Espectáculos Deportivos de Occidente S.A. de C.V., a federally licensed company operating various gaming venues and websites across Mexico.
