We keep your personal data for the entire duration of our contractual relationship in electronic records. After the termination of our contract, we keep your data for a minimum of five (5) years, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, subject to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties and its Regulations. Please note that the above retention period may be extended, for example, when necessary to comply with a specific regulatory obligation, investigate a crime, handle a complaint or resolve a complaint.

VIII. Your rights regarding your information?

We take all appropriate steps to ensure that your rights are protected and honored. Subject to the Act and its Regulations, you have the following rights (your “ARCO” Rights):

  • Right of access to your personal data,
  • Right to rectify your personal data,
  • The right to cancel your personal data, and
  • The right to object to the processing of your personal data.


Therefore, you retain the right to access your personal data that we collect and process at any time. You have the right to rectify your personal data in case you consider that the data we have collected and are processing is incomplete, inaccurate or invalid. You retain the right to request the deletion of your personal data in the event that you consider that we do not process it in accordance with the purposes indicated in this Notice and/or you have not consented to the purposes for which you consider that we process it, or if you determine that it is no longer necessary for the purposes indicated above, or the contractual relationship between you and us has ended. Finally, you retain the right to object to the processing of your data for certain purposes other than those listed above.
