Please note that the above retention period may be extended, for example, when necessary to comply with a specific regulatory obligation, investigate a crime, handle a complaint or resolve a complaint.

We take all appropriate steps to ensure that your rights are protected and honored. Subject to the Act and its Regulations, you have the following rights (your “ARCO” Rights):

  • Right to rectify your personal data,

You have the right to rectify your personal data in case you consider that the data we have collected and are processing is incomplete, inaccurate or invalid. You retain the right to request the deletion of your personal data in the event that you consider that we do not process it in accordance with the purposes indicated in this Notice and/or you have not consented to the purposes for which you consider that we process it, or if you determine that it is no longer necessary for the purposes indicated above, or the contractual relationship between you and us has ended. Finally, you retain the right to object to the processing of your data for certain purposes other than those listed above.
